As Chester County approaches the Green Phase of Pennsylvania’s re-opening plan, we want to assure everyone who utilizes our services, that we are taking as many precautions as possible in the days leading up to our re-opening which will be happening soon.  We appreciate everyone’s patience during this unprecedented time and are looking forward to a return to a new normal that will include measures to keep employees and people who use our services safe.

During your next scheduled appointment, please be aware of the following:

You will be asked a few health screening questions upon entering any of our buildings
You will be asked to wear a mask when in any of our locations during the time you are in the building.
Unless medically necessary, visitors will not be allowed in our building to accompany people on their appointments
People who are entering our building will have their temperature taken at the time of check-in.
Similar to many businesses in Pennsylvania, there will be signs indicating where people should stand to remain six feet away from others.
Hand sanitizer will be available for single use in all offices and in our waiting room.
Employees will be wearing masks when in common areas and when meeting with people receiving services.
Human Services, Inc. staff will be cleaning the commonly touched surfaces during the course of the day.
Office locations will be cleaned and disinfected each night by a professional cleaning service.

We look forward to reopening soon and safely!
